Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your Le Loop purchase but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we are happy to issue a refund on all full priced orders.

 

In order to qualify for a refund:

 

• Merchandise must be sent back to us and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your delivery date. For example:

If you received your item on 04/10/2018, the latest postmark date to qualify for a refund would be 11/10/2018. We will not be able to offer you a refund for items returned outside this window.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
 

• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
 

•  Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive Cash on Delivery may be denied, or the Cash on Delivery amount may be deducted from your return.
 

• Final Sale items may not be returned.
 

• Le Loop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

 

For Defective or Wrong Items Sent:

 

• We apologise if a Defective or Wrong Items was sent. For such case(s), please send us an email at care@le-loop.com with a picture of the item. We will get back to you within 24 hours to find a resolution. Please do not mail the items back before receiving a confirmation email.

 

First Time orders with us:
 

• All first time orders with Le Loop are eligible for a pre-paid return label, which can be used to book a free courier return pick up should you want to return the item


• Upon receiving your return, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 working days (your bank may need additional days to process the refund).

 

For all other orders:

 

Refund Amount:
 

• Please note that all returns (excluding defective or wrong items sent) will incur a flat $6.50 (Singapore Dollars) restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
 

• Once we verify your item qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the restocking fee and any shipping fees.

 

To initiate a return:
 

1. Complete the returns form that came with your package. Please make sure to select the reason for return.
 

2. Pack the item securely, in it's original packaging, with all tags included. Insert the returns form as well. Seal the parcel securely.

4. We highly recommend that you ship your returns package using a trackable, insured shipping method. You are responsible for the package up until the point it is delivered by the courier, and received by us.
 

5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

Pleae note: In the event that your items are returned in an unsuitable condition (damaged, tags and original packaging missing), or any of the returns form details are left out, your item will deemed as disqualified for a return and you will not be refunded. Should this happen, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

Refund Processing Time

 

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be made to the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from Le Loop.
